TITLE: Director of Manufacturing Operations
LOCATION: Midwest
COMPANY: Leading Dry Food Manufacturer
RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct all manufacturing operations including mixing, packaging, and distribution. Three shifts; 300+ employees. Involved in all aspects of the business.
EXPERIENCE: 15 years in food manufacturing. Must know Best Manufacturing Practices, FDA and USDA regulations. Requires proven team building skills, outstanding communications ability, and the desire to help the organization and the employees develop and grow.
COMPENSATION: $100K range

TITLE: Information Systems Manager
LOCATION: Midwest
COMPANY: Large Manufacturing Operation
RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage a small IT staff; assist all departments in the effective use of information technology. Select and implement appropriate technologies. Responsible for all computer systems (AS 400 and desk top), telephony and communications systems, and for the evaluation and recommendation of new/enhanced business systems.
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of relevant experience; ability to listen effectively and to apply appropriate technical solutions to meet business objectives. Knowledge of EDI and e-commerce a major plus.
COMPENSATION: High 5-figures.
