The fee structure of Holland & Associates, Inc. is competitive by industry standards.  We charge 30% of the first year's annual compensation; including any guaranteed bonus.

One third of the fee is payable at the commencement of the search.  That third is non-refundable.  The second  third is due and payable one month after the beginning of the search.  And the final third (adjusted up or down depending upon the final hire salary) is due at the time the candidate accepts your offer.  It has been our experience that such retained search arrangements are best for both the client company and for our organization.  It assures a mutuality of commitment to the success of our joint enterprise, and allows for the cancellation of a search at a nominal expense to the client, if, indeed circumstances change drastically and necessitate such a cancellation.
