Tom co-founded Holland & Associates, Inc. in 1984.  He has a BBA from the University of Michigan and 15 years of broad-based experience in the search and recruiting business.  His list of clients includes many of the world's most significant communications companies, and he has successfully identified and recruited hundreds of engineering, sales/marketing, and operations professionals.

DANIEL O. HOLLAND
Founding Partner, Senior Consultant
Dan co-founded Holland & Associates, Inc. in 1984.  Prior to this he had five additional years of search and recruiting experience.  Dan has a BA degree in Political Science from Kenyon College, an MA in Political Science from the University of Chicago, and a PhD in International Relations from The American University.

In his nineteen years of recruiting electrical engineers, Dan has worked in a wide variety of industries including the commercial communications, process control & instrumentation, audio, artificial intelligence, factory automation, consumer electronics, computer, military and aerospace electronics, medical electronics, and appliance industries.

PAUL D. ALMAN
Vice President, Senior Consultant
Paul has been with Holland & Associates, Inc. since 1985.  He has a BA degree in political Science from Boston University, as well as graduate level work in Business Administration and Guidance and Counseling at Case Western Reserve University and Eastern Michigan University.

Paul's customers have included organizations in New Zealand, Italy, and the Netherlands, as well as the United States and Canada, and consist of a mixture of small and large, technical, service, industrial and consumer companies.
